VICTOR BUILDING LOFT

CLIENT: Victor Building Loft
LOCATION: Vancouver, BC
SCOPE:
Wayfinding

Upgrades to this 100 year old loft building in downtown Vancouver included creating a new name and wayfinding design which evoked the building’s history. Our team also worked with the developer to upgrade exterior paint and interior finishes including flooring, lighting, paint, bicycle storage, signage and feature walls in common areas. An entryway mural features the building facade showing that the building was once the BC Liquor Control Board warehouse.  A feature wall clad in metal acts adjacent to the ancient freight elevator as a community bulletin board for renters. The colour palette and oversized graphics work to highlight the existing heritage features of the industrial building turned downtown loft space.
