QUEENS PARK

Queen’s Park is a large forested green space in New Westminster that also includes an arena, baseball diamonds, soccer fields and playgrounds. With an array of outdoor amenities the wayfinding program needed to be highly visible and communicate destinations clearly. Having designed other sign programs in the city, our team designed the signs to coordinate with existing park signage, including wayfinding at Quayside Park on the Fraser River. The signage was built by Innovative Signage, and designed to pick up on historic sporting clues—such as local team the Salmon Bellies—as well as colour, and typography that are already evident within the park.
